Do I have to ride adjacent to the right hand curb?

Yes, generally under Florida law bicyclists have to ride as far right on the road as they possibly can while still being safe. There are however exceptions to this: when they are passing, when they are making a left turn, when they are avoiding road hazards, or when the road is too narrow for them to share with a motor vehicle.
