Are witnesses important in Florida bicycle accident cases?

Yes, witnesses are very important in Florida bicycle accident cases. An independent witness who is not a party to the accident on either side gains a lot of credibility with jurors. One of the best witnesses you can have and you can make sure that it's with you at all times is a video camera. They make small video cameras for cyclists now that go on the front of your bicycle. They go on the rear of your bicycle. They can go on your helmet and all times you can be monitoring the traffic around you and you can catch almost every accident that would occur.

While these witnesses are very important, if you don't have any witnesses, that does not mean that you can't get recovery, full recovery for all of your damages because you still can.
