Is my spouse entitled to a portion of my business in Florida?

Your spouse may be entitled to a portion of your business in Florida. It may be a situation where your spouse is a part owner of the business. It's not usual that that would happen. Typically speaking, the court will figure out what percentage of the company your spouse has a right to, and then look for some other marital asset as a set off to give the spouse that much money to allow you to keep 100% of your business.
