What does property damage liability cover in Florida and under what circumstances?

Property damage liability coverage covers damage that you or other members of your household may have caused to another person's property if they are driving your vehicle. That property may include that other person's car or damage to their house, building, fence or whatever damage may have been caused by you operating your motor vehicle. You really need to consider looking at the coverage, terms, conditions and definitions that's in your policy to determine what exactly the property damage covers.
