My physician determined that my injuries from my Florida car accident are permanent. How can I protect my future?

Once a physician determines that your injuries are permanent, you have then met the threshold to proceed against the at-fault driver to recover any type of damages that you would have received. Such as any pain and suffering and then any future wage loss claims that you may have. Also your attorney can hire a life-care planner who can then take into account all of your future medical bills, future economic losses and then any compensation you receive can be placed in annuity.
