What should I tell the doctor?

Honesty is the best policy. You should tell them everything, how the accident actually occurred. You should tell them where you were sitting, where you are hurting, if you were restrained in a vehicle. You should also tell them about any prior accidents that you had, and if you've ever hurt any part of your body before. That's very important, the reason being is a doctor needs to know these things in order to treat you correctly.
