How will collaborative divorce affect my children?

Collaborative divorce is designed to affect your children in a positive manner. Hopefully, at the end of a collaborative divorce, the children will be more stable and more psychologically healthy than they were before the divorce. It is designed to use the psychological professional to set up a system for the parents to explain things to the children and introduce the new concepts to the children and work together on a time sharing schedule, which is often referred to as custody.
