What counts as evidence for intent to distribute drugs in Florida?
There doesn't need to be any evidence that the person actually delivered the drugs to a person. The main element is the amount of drugs that's found on that person or within that person's control. Such as, it being more than what a normal person would use for personal use. Other factors that would be involved would be, was there a large amount of cash found with the drugs? Was there other paraphernalia such as needles, rolling papers, scales, and all those factors could play a part as to whether or not you are charged with possession with intent to distribute and possession with intent to sell which are essentially the same crimes in Florida.
