Can I make my husband repay the money he cleaned out of my bank account?

Generally speaking, you can make your spouse repay the money that they've cleaned out of your bank account. There is a presumption in Florida that 50% of the money in the bank account belong to each party, so if your spouse took half of the money out, then likely the spouse would be able to keep that money. If the spouse took more than half or all of it, there is a good chance that you could have a court order them to return some or all of that money.
