I am getting a divorce. Do I need to hire an attorney?

It's always best to have an attorney in a divorce in the state of Florida. While divorces are designed in Florida to represent yourself, if you want to, you can get all of the forms online, if you are not an attorney, you do not usually know exactly what forms to use, how to fill them out correctly, what arguments to make in court and so forth. An attorney can be very beneficial even in an uncontested situation where the parties aren't necessarily fighting over anything, but still you want to make sure that you're getting the best possible outcome because you can only do it once.
