What are my options to divorce my LGBT partner?

Your options to divorce your LGBT partner are the same as a heterosexual would have. You can use the court system through either a contested or uncontested divorce depending on how well you and your partner get along, your spouse get along. You can also use other non-traditional types of dispute resolution such as mediation and collaborative divorce. Collaborative divorce is designed to be divorce without war is what it's frequently called where the parties and their attorneys all sit down together with a psychological professional and a financial professional and they try to work through things equitably and amicably to salvage some sort of a relationship at the end.
