Will I lose my drivers license following conviction in my Florida drunk driving case?

Yes, if you are convicted of a DUI in Florida, the judge will effectively revoke your license that day that you are convicted. The length of revocation and/or suspension is going to depend on whether or not it's your first DUI, second, third, or fourth, and it's also going to depend on the duration that was between your DUI convictions, should you have a prior DUI conviction.
