The SCRAM bracelet is a bracelet that you wear around your ankle that will determine whether or not you have consumed any alcohol. It is generally set at a .02 setting. Now, a SCRAM bracelet could be ordered by the court for you to wear as a condition of pre-trial release to make sure that you haven’t been drinking.
